She has held leadership and client-facing roles at organizations such as Included Health, Accolade, 2nd.MD, Aetna, and Optum, where she helped employers navigate complex benefits strategies and implement programs that improve employee health and well-being.

Cathryn earned her degree from the University of Richmond and currently resides just outside of Philadelphia with her husband and young daughters.
