Christine Wagner-Lao joined Anthem in 2003 as a claims examiner and progressed quickly, gaining experience in various operations roles. Since 2007, she has focused on the Implementations team, leveraging her 20 years at Anthem. Formerly, Christine was a Financial Analyst at IBM, handling disaster recovery for 32 clients. As a Client Success Manager, she has led client implementations, renewals, and training initiatives. Her projects include creating processes for new product integrations and mentoring team members. Christine has managed implementations for clients like Bank of New York Mellon and Mastercard, and will lead a complex new client project for the 2026 Plan Year, while improving the new client experience and mentoring new hires.
