Since joining Anthem in 2018, Day-Vene held various responsibilities including negotiating, implementing and executing provider value contracted solutions throughout the state of Wisconsin for all lines of business, as well as leading the enterprise strategy and overseeing execution activities for all Commercial customer facing value-based initiatives.

Prior to joining Anthem, Day-Vene developed her professional experience in healthcare analytics, payment modeling, regulatory compliance and consulting at UnitedHealthcare, the University of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. She is board-certified in healthcare management through the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and Board ambassador for the Wisconsin American Cancer Society, Day-Vene actively works to increase community awareness of health disparities and inequity in the United States.
