Jennifer Knowles joined Anthem in August 2019 as a Customer Service Representative I and quickly advanced to a Tier II position, assisting in Central Local. By January 2021, she had become a Utilization Management Representative I, was promoted to Representative II, became a Subject Matter Expert, and supported new hire training.

In October 2022, Jennifer took on the role of Consumer Service Associate in NY LG Local, working closely with Employer Service and Account Representatives. This experience led her to become an Employer Service Representative in February 2024, where she is eager to continue growing within Anthem. Before Anthem, she worked for over 5 years in Long Term Healthcare, 2 years in Hospice care, and had over 10 years of experience with the State of Florida government.
