Joe Toole has 20 years of proven sales, sales management, and employer benefits consulting experience. Currently Joe is an RVP Anthem National Accounts, responsible for new business opportunities across multiple states in the greater southeast. Prior to Anthem, Joe served as VP of Sales for Cigna of the Carolinas, as well as a New Business Manager for Cigna over 16 years. Prior to Cigna, he also spent time with Marsh & McLennan Co., responsible for new business opportunities in the Carolinas.

Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from Providence College. Joe is married, has 2 children, and enjoys spending family time at home. Joe is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served on Active Duty for four years.
