Jonathan commenced his tenure with Anthem in August 2009 as a Health Outreach Specialist within Anthem Care Management. In 2010, he transitioned to the National Accounts division as a Customer Care Associate II, where he adeptly demonstrated his ability to connect with both members and colleagues.

Jonathan is integral to the support of Anthem's National Accounts. He functions as the principal point of contact for client support and account management, ensuring seamless coordination of client service needs with various departments. His responsibilities encompass the resolution of issues pertaining to benefits, complex claims processing, enrollment, and eligibility.
