Karen Smith is the Anthem National Accounts Regional Vice President for the Northeast. In this role, she works with Anthem’s account teams across the region to ensure they meet clients’ strategic objectives and fulfill commitments.

Karen has over 29 years of experience in health plan strategy and administration, primarily in underwriting, account management, product leadership, and market leadership roles at two national carriers. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice President at Aon and a member of a national team of Senior Health Strategic Advisors who served Aon’s largest and most complex national clients.
