Kristen is a Total Health Clinical Account Director Senior with Anthem National Accounts. In this role she delivers strategic clinical support and analysis of comprehensive data, client business priorities, and workforce health issues to determine current state population health and clinical risks. Identifies client specific issues including gaps, financials, trends, and opportunities to deliver data driven solutions.

Kristen joined Elevance in 2007 as part of the Local Ohio Large Group Account Management team. Over the years she has held various roles ultimately serving as the state-wide expert on health and wellness, digital and advocacy resources.

Prior to joining Elevance Kristen worked at a non-profit human resource organization supporting small group employers. And spent several years at a national brokerage firm as a member of their national account team.
