Laura is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Case Manager (CCM). She joined the Clinical Account Management team in 2017 as a Total Health Clinical Executive and celebrated her 27th year with the company in 2025. 

Laura started her career with Anthem in the Local Commercial Business until moving to National Accounts in 2009 in the Integrated Health Model on the operations team. The last 7 years were spent in management, working with a team of Nurse Case Managers to engage our members and work with them to improve their health, provide support during healthcare challenges and promote healthy behaviors.

Laura was active duty in the Army as a Medic where she gained her interest in medicine and the field of nursing. Upon discharge, she started nursing school and graduated in 2004. Her experience was in Medical/Surgical Nursing and the operating room prior to starting with Anthem. While in the Army Laura learned a strong sense of teamwork and commitment to others that continues today.

 As a Total Health Clinical Executive, Laura has strong analytical and communication skills and is a highly collaborative team member. She looks forward to new challenges and working collectively with other members of the Account Management team and our Matrix Partners to provide clinical support to our employer groups.
