Lisa joined Anthem in 2018 working with the National Implementation team as an Implementation Coordinator Lead. Prior to joining Anthem Lisa worked with the Project Management Organization and Workforce Center of Excellence for a top Fortune 100 company. Lisa has more than 15 years of leadership and management experience. Lisa also has direct experience in training and development and sales which bolsters her knowledge working on site leading large scale implementations with major clients. Lisa is the client focal point coordinating account management, support and operations throughout the implementation. While taking a consultative approach, Lisa guides clients through a successful implementation using best practices to assure a timely and accurate implementation.
