Marissa is a highly experienced professional with 19 years of dedicated service at Anthem, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and members. She embarked on her career with Anthem National Accounts in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative in the National Accounts Provider Service area. Over the years, Marissa has contributed to several customer service departments, including Member Services, Pharmacy Management, and Tier II Inventory, equipping her with a diverse skill set to effectively serve our clients. Her ability to resolve complex issues has garnered recognition for enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality. In July 2018, Marissa advanced to the role of Employer Service Representative.
