Mark is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Elevance Health, a Fortune 20 company focused on becoming a lifetime trusted health partner with a diverse portfolio serving over 100 million people. He leads the finance organization, playing a key role in transforming the traditional health benefits organization and shaping its growth strategies.

Previously, Mark was the CFO of Moody’s Corporation, overseeing global finance activities. Before that, he served as CFO at MassMutual and held senior roles at Voya Financial, where he helped with the company's IPO in 2013. Mark started his career in the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance and a BSE in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. In his free time, Mark enjoys being with his family and is a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor.
