Melita is an Employer Service Rep (ESR) supporting Nation Accounts business for large employer groups. Melita works as the point of contact for escalated issues working closely with the clients, Account Management Team and the internal operations team. Melita’s extensive benefit knowledge and experience on multiple platforms and systems assist in ensuring resolution on her cases.

Melita has over 15 years of Customer Service experience with the last 7 years focusing on client interaction, problem solving and peer training. Melita’s previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, along with her Master’s Degree in Business Management, has allotted her the opportunity to enhance her skills and understanding of the healthcare industry; which has also greatly prepared her for her current position as an Employer Service Representative.

Melita welcomes a challenge and her solution-oriented attitude sets her apart. She loves to learn and has a drive that is hard to match.
