Rachael Goldner began her career at Anthem in July of 1997 as a Pharmacy Claim Examiner. In this position, Rachael accurately processed claims in a timely manner and developed workflows for the new unit. Rachael was promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative in 1999, where she was responsible for monitoring calls, scheduling the staff's breaks and late shifts, reviewing high dollar medications, and training new Customer Service Representatives. In June of 2005, Rachael was offered the position of Employer Service Representative where she provided Anthem's clients with excellent service. In May of 2011 Rachael was promoted to Senior Employer Service Representative, her duties included assisting her fellow Employer Service Representatives, as well as maintaining excellent service to her clients and Sales team. In February of 2014, Rachael accepted a promotion as an Implementation Coordinator supporting Northeast National Accounts. In April of 2015, Rachael advanced to a Lead Implementation Coordinator position responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation process. Then in August of 2020, Rachael became a Team Lead where she leads a mini team and mentors seven of her colleagues. Rachael is hardworking, personable and a professional member of the implementation team. As part of her implementation job responsibilities, Rachael enjoys participating in client- faced meetings and training sessions with sales and client management.
Rachael has managed a variety of implementations such as new client installations, system consolidations and migrations, complex clients with many benefit plan designs and non-standard requirements.
