I'm an Employer Service Representative with Anthem, where I've been working since 2019. Before joining Anthem, I spent 22 years in law enforcement, including 19 years as a supervisor.

In 2019, I moved to the Columbus, Georgia area and began my career at Anthem as a Customer Service Representative. This role was a perfect fit due to my natural drive to help others. I'm performance-driven and self-motivated, which led me to take on the role of Operations Expert in 2022. As an Operations Expert, I expanded my knowledge, worked directly with Employer Service Representatives and Client Management, resolved complex issues, and trained my team to enhance customer satisfaction. Currently, as an Employer Service Representative, I continue to identify core problems and achieve operational excellence.
