Tricia joined Anthem in December 2020 and is responsible for building a team of diverse perspectives, skills, and experiences to meet the future needs of the National Accounts marketplace and deliver the best value in the industry.

Tricia came to Anthem with broad healthcare industry experience and a proven track record of success in fueling revenue growth, driving product innovation, strengthening operations, and solidifying strategic customer partnerships. Most recently, she served as President of Health Plan, Public Sector, and PBM Markets for OptumRx, where she managed their largest and most strategic client relationships, representing nearly 75% of the company’s annual revenue.

Tricia currently serves as a board member of the Young Men’s Service League and is a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). She graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and later a Master of Business Administration. Tricia also completed the CEO Perspectives Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
