Tyler Harshey has over 20 years of professional actuarial experience in the health insurance industry with distinct roles and responsibilities throughout his career. Currently Tyler is responsible for Elevance’s broker consulting relations team nationally along with managing the actuarial support Anthem provides to its National Account clients and their advisors.

Prior to joining Anthem, Tyler held various leadership roles at Mercer. He was their National Actuarial Financial Group Practice Leader, was Mercer’s National Medical Network Innovation Leader, and was the senior health actuarial consultant to several of the largest employers in the US. Tyler also has held prior positions at Aetna and Health Care Service Corporation.

Tyler is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and holds a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
