Whitney has held a variety of EAP and Behavioral Health positions since joining Anthem in 2015. In addition,she is a recognized EAP professional, having been elected to terms serving on the Board of Directors of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) Board, both as the Colorado Chapter President, and as a Director on the International board. Prior to joining Anthem, Whitney held several roles in EAP and Behavioral Health, including managing a team of EAP Consultants and personally providing management consultations, on-site critical incident response services and trainings. She has also maintained a private practice as a psychotherapist.

Whitney believes in the power of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to make a difference in workplaces and has seen their positive impact extend out to families and communities. She is dedicated to making sure that the EAP is known not just for counseling, but as a valuable partner and tool for HR and management. She aims to be a trusted advisor to leadership and help them use their EAP to its fullest potential.
